Solar energy initiative to improve access to drinking water in Yemen

Lack of fuel and electricity have impeded the operation of Zingibar’s water station, which provides drinking water for 44,000 people living in Zingibar city and its surrounding villages. That is where Yemen Our Home steps forward to improve access to drinking water for these people through the provision of solar energy solutions.

Supporting agents of ‘hope’: Midwives in the middle of war

We are campaigning to bring hope to babies and pregnant mothers in the rural areas of Yemen and to improve access to maternal healthcare services through the provision of emergency facilities, medicine, and ambulance; and equipment for midwives.
